Shipping Policy

We offer free global shipping on all orders over $200. Standard processing time for our hand-woven collections is 3-5 business days.

• Domestic (India): 5-7 business days.
• International: 10-15 business days.
• Tracking information will be sent via email once dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are in their original condition and packaging. Due to the high-value nature of heritage sarees, we recommend recording an unboxing video for any claim processing.

Exchanges are available for manufacturing defects or shipping damages only.
